To use your own image, select the Hands layer and choose File > Place Embedded to place the new image above the Hands and below the Gradient Map. Then hide or delete the Hands layer. To hide the background of your new image, choose the Object Selection tool, click the subject, and then click the Mask icon at the bottom of the Layers panel.
